The M450m is a lightweight mulcher attachment for use with 80-180 HP tractors. It combines many details that contribute to perfect cutting, easy handling, low maintenance and high productivity with low power requirements. All the different levels of counter-blades allow smooth and light cutting with a good finish, but at the same time avoid large pieces of wood inside the housing that stop the rotor.

Flexible
The narrow centre of gravity improves the lifting system, as fewer counterweights are required on the tractor. The three-point attachment frame allows for flexible placement.
Efficient & powerful
The anti-blade philosophy prevents large pieces of wood from being attracted to the housing which can block the rotor, improving power demand and chipping quality.
Reliable & ready-to-use
The hydraulic pipes are all inside the enclosure and are kept very close to the outside to avoid damage and downtime.
Push bar
The push bar guides taller material into the rotor in a targeted and safe manner. A fixed or a hydraulic push bar are available.
Rotor
Proven rotor technology with various BCS- or UPTs possible for excellent shredding quality and best mulching results.
Drive
A powerful one side drive (up to 90 HP) or a two sided drive (up to 180 HP) are available to bring the power to the rotor.
Centre of gravity
Due to the relatively vertical position, the center of gravity of the mulcher is very close to the tractor.
Lateral displacement
The lateral displacement enables to move the mulcher 300 mm either side to adapt it perfectly to the job.
